"I went and my hearing checked today. I recently had some hearing loss due to wax buildup, which I couldn’t understand since I clean my ears daily. "Can't express enough gratitude to Tory for the time and gentle attitude she spent with my husband. She made a believer in my husband who had been approached by hearing specialists in the past and was refusing to even consider hearing aids. She patiently explained why he could hear her voice and not mine due to different tone levels people hear. Patiently explained each and every answer to his many questions and reasons for not wanting hearing aids. She even let him try a demo set. She was an angel sent from heaven because now he can hear all he was missing. She even called the night he tried demo set to make sure things were going ok. "Since I had really awful ear issues as a baby/toddler. I decided, even though Im only 40, it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a new hearing test. I saw Tory and the entire experience was incredible. Theres a window in the scary look "box" you sit in for the test. It's very spacious and the window definitely helped me keep my claustrophobia at bay. Tory reassured me we could stop at any time though. She thoroughly explained what we'd be doing and it was seriously only a few minutes. Glad to report Im good. It was interesting to me she could see the scar tissue from the baby issues Id had. She answered all of my questions and showed me around her Office. The love and passion she has for her field shows....and her plants lol. Theres no doubt in my mind that youre in good hands with Sims Hearing & Wellness! Also the boba tea across the street is a nice treat after doing some self care"
