"I decided to have my hearing tested because I realized I was having trouble hearing certain people, I met with Trey and he was very friendly and calmed any fears I had. After my testing he explained my results, he's so patient and answered all my questions. I have to say I was a bit taken back thinking I needed hearing aides but Trey explained everything and was very informative and I really liked that he didn't try to pressure me, I'm looking forward to hearing better and I feel I made the right choice in going to Sims."

"I went and my hearing checked today. I recently had some hearing loss due to wax buildup, which I couldn’t understand since I clean my ears daily. My hearing did return but I’m happy I had this business to really see what and if something was wrong. I’m happy so say it’s not all bad, I will mention the findings to my PCP. "Can't express enough gratitude to Tory for the time and gentle attitude she spent with my husband. She made a believer in my husband who had been approached by hearing specialists in the past and was refusing to even consider hearing aids. She patiently explained why he could hear her voice and not mine due to different tone levels people hear. Patiently explained each and every answer to his many questions and reasons for not wanting hearing aids. She even let him try a demo set.
