Hearing Services in New Brighton
Hearing Tests:
A hearing test is the first step in identifying hearing loss and managing it. The hearing test itself is quick and easy. You’ll sit in a soundproof booth with a pair of headphones on and listen for a series of sounds that vary in frequency, pitch, and volume.
Hearing Aid Fitting:
To ensure your hearing aids are providing you with the right amount of amplification for your unique listening environments, it’s crucial that your devices are fit and programmed to you. Our hearing specialists are experts in hearing aid technology and have experience with all of the major manufacturers’ software.
Clean, Checks, and Repairs:
We can perform regular maintenance checks on your hearing aids including cleaning the earpiece, replacing the tubing, filter, and hook as needed.
Online Scheduling:
Schedule an appointment online to see what times are available that fit your needs.
Why You Should
Manage Hearing Loss
Waiting to address hearing loss can make daily life harder than it needs to be. When hearing becomes difficult, conversations take more effort, relationships can feel strained, and it’s easy to start pulling away from social situations. Over time, untreated hearing loss has also been linked to memory problems, cognitive decline, and even a greater risk of falls. The sooner you take action, the easier it is for your brain to adjust and for you to stay connected, confident, and independent.
Managing hearing loss now protects not only your hearing but your overall well-being. It’s important to be proactive of your hearing health so you can continue to enjoy your life to the fullest. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

"Tre and Tori are very efficient and caring ! They are sensitive to the stigma of needing hearing aids and make you feel comfortable about your hearing loss. They constantly check on you since it’s a first time experience and a little confusing at first. I would highly recommend!"

"A very professional and busy young man who goes further to do his job. All patients receive all his attention. This may lead to slightly longer wait times sometimes but he’s totally worth it."

"Wish I could give more than 5 starts! Tory is very passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients! And she provides the best quality hearing aids- in a totally different league than my previous aids. I have worn hearing aids for the last 30 years and have been to many providers. Tory is the best! I will never go elsewhere again! If you have any kind of hearing loss, please go see her! Don’t delay. The quality of life improvement is amazing!"

"I would recommend Sims Hearing and Wellness if you have concerns with your hearing. I worked with Tory for my hearing needs previously and turned to her again for new devices. I did this because she is pleasant, concerned and very open to working to get you the optimal solution for your hearing needs. Ask questions, bring notes about what you are experiencing, and concerns about the devices. She will take the time to listen, make suggestions, make changes for you to evaluate and go to different devices if necessary."
