She is a member of the International Hearing Society (IHS). Her commitment to her field is evident through her licensure to fit hearing instruments in Pennsylvania, which she obtained in 2014.

Throughout her career, Tory has garnered extensive experience working closely with ENT physicians and in various private practices, honing her skills in evaluating and treating hearing loss. Her personal connection to the impact of hearing loss on her family members has further motivated her dedication to her profession.
